REFUND POLICY
Depositing of fee during shifting/sliding on account of seat secured at subsequent counselling (s) and refund of fee for new entrants shall be as per the following procedure:
- The students taking admission as per their interest/ choice, in case shift/slide their seats in between the constituent/ affiliated colleges during subsequent counseling can do so without depositing the fee repeatedly. The balance refundable amount of fee after deductions, if any, would be refunded after the admission is closed for that Academic Year.
- Any excess amount in case of higher fee is to be paid by such students immediately after the counselling agreeing to the terms and conditions of payment.
- Candidates admitted in a counselling can participate in subsequent counselling (2nd/ mop-up round counselling, etc.) only, if there is financial benefit on account of fee structures.
If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study, the concerned institution shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees* remitted by the student:-

Note
- The concerned college/institute shall deduct an amount not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student subject to a maximum of Rs. 6000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount.
- In case of Sr. No. 5 mentioned in above table, only the caution money/refundable security shall be refunded to the student.
- It is further clarified that the last counselling conducted by the University prior to the mop-up round/ special counselling/ walk-in-interview will be the formally notified last date of admission.
Refund Policy for students failing in supplementary examination
Refund of fee in respect of students who got failed in supplementary examination and don't want to continue their study programme shall be as under:
- Student(s) getting supplementary have the choice to register and pay the fee for the next semester after the declaration of result of supplementary examination.
- The student(s) who fail to clear supplementary examination but have deposited the fee for the next semester and do not want to continue study program can claim for refund of fee deposited for that particular semester.
