Brief Introduction

Dr. Opinder Singh has joined as Controller of Examinations. He started his professional career as Assistant Professor in the Department of Veterinary Anatomy in 1994. He served as Head Department of Veterinary Anatomy from 2015-2019. To his credit are 145 research articles and he presented more than 200 research papers in national and international conferences, workshops and symposia. He developed teaching aids for the undergraduate and postgraduate students including 09 manuals, 05 video documentaries, 02 compact discs and e-learning content under ICAR-NAHEP. He handled 08 research projects as Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator and was Associate Coordinator and Nodal Officer (GRM) for Institutional Development Plan (IDP). He has guided 09 M.V.Sc. and 05 Ph.D. students. On account of his meritorious contributions he has been honoured with Fellowship of Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists.
